Save my Deposit!!!

What rights do a tennent have that has fullfilled there lease agreement and is in the process of closing on a home prior to the conclusion of a month-to-month agreement? How can I protect my secured deposit from being taken and not have to relinqish any other monies to this property?

You have no protection other than your threat to sue the Landlord. You wrote: "has fullfilled there lease agreement." So, why should you be worried?
