Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
I sell a car to a private party, sign the clean title, give a bill of sale, collect funds and the person takes possession of the car, in Georgia has ownership transfered at that point or is it when the buyer titles the car?

Title passes when the title to the car is signed over to the buyer.
