Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Can you sell a house that has a land contract on it?

We bought a house by using an Agreement for Deed/Land Contract. In Georgia, can we sell that house if we want to without getting our own mortgage first?

If you actually have taken title to the property, you can do with it whatever you wish. If the contract is still not consumated, it depends on the wording of the contract. Consult with a local attorney who can review the contract.
