Selling my house

I have sold my house and meeting the buyers tomorrow. They have the money for the house and are giving it to me in check form. One personal and the other from a bank. What forms do i need to use to make the transfer of the property of my name to their name? And how do i issue a bill of sale?

The best answer might be to delay and hire a lawyer to handle it. You are not likely to get advice you can use to start from scratch tomorrow. Taking a personal check is one of many potential issues.
