Selling of Property

I own property with my 2 brothers. I want to sell but they don't. is there an avenue to force them to either sell property or buy my interest in the property?

Yes. It is OCGA Sec. 44-6-166.1 Or, 44-6-120, 140,160, .... to 167. It depends on the exact circumstance.
