Selling to a Spouse

I am a licensed RE agent in GA. Can I sell a house to my husband and get the commission? I would not be on the mortgage. This house would be our primary residence.

I don't see any problem from a purely legal perspective. However, your real estate commision, etc., may have some rules with which I am not familiar, which could affect such a transaction.
