Hi. I have an issue with my x-fiance. We jointly had a home for only 2.5 years together. We were scheduled to wed last Spt. I found out that she had been having a long term affair. She had called the wedding off. I did not know the reason, but attritbuted it to her father's open heart surgery. She has since moved out to a place of her own. I am in the home and paying all the mortgage and utilities. She wants money out of the house. The houe appraises well under what she told her lawyer it did. Just need some help on my rights as I move forward.
