Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I share a well with my next door neighbors. The well is mine and on my property. Would I have to take any legal actio to cut heir water off?

You probabkly have no right to cut it off, but the answer depends on recorded easements and even local ordinances. Discuss those with your lawyer before you get sued.
