Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

signed deed.

What, if any, interest would Person''A'' have in a forclosure if the deed was signed over to him but the loan was still in Person ''B's'' name?

Would the forclosure affect Person ''A'''s credit! They are not married nor do they live together. Person ''A'' only tried sell it for her but couldn't.
