signed lease with girlfriend
I am no longer with this person. I co signed on the lease so the person could use my income, not credit rating. Am I responsible for anything since were no longer together?

Your obligations and responsibilities are set forth in the contracts you signed. Read it - we don't have it. It is unlikely the lease will provide that your responsibilities change with the status of your relationship.
