Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My four sisters and I inherited a house and land from my dad. The house and land is located in Georgia. Can one or more of my sisters force the sale of the house and property if some of us do not want to sale and cannot afford to buy them out?

Yes.

If you disagree, you will end up in Superior Court in a very expensive battle called a partition where the court will force a sale and everyone will split the proceeds.
