Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
My son knocked down neighbors brick mailbox- we had contractor rebuild new one and neighbor doesn't like it. Do we have to knock it down and pay for a new one to be built?

It really depends on the specific facts. Please re-submit your question with more facts and it may be answered. For instance, why doesn't your neighbor like the new mailbox? What is specifically about the new mailbox that is unsatisfactory to your neighbor? Is the new mailbox the same design as the old? Did the neighbors approve a drawing or sketch of the new mailbox prior to being built? You need to provide more facts.
Best of luck.******The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.*******
