Splitting a House
A friend and I are planning on buying a house together. We would like to have paperwork drawn up to show who will own what percent of the property (mostly for tax purposes).
We would like to know what type of lawyer we should speak with. Could you point us in the right direction?

You could either contact an attorney who is knowledgeable in both tax and real estate, or you could contact a real estate attorney who could work with a CPA.
