sqatters rights

after living on a property for 12 years, building a house and continually upgrading i have suddenly been evicted for no reason and need to know my rights

If there is no lease the landlord can start eviction proceedings after giving you 60 days' notice. Consult a local attorney because the landlord must follow the procedure correctly.
