In the state of Georgia it possible to avoid execution of a possible credit card default judgement on real estate for both encumbered and unencumbered property Deeds of Trust recorded as Joint Tenants (husband and wife) by filing a new deed stating husband and wife agree to be Tenants in the Entirety?
