Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I am in the state of Georgia, I was shown property by a local realator, I was given passed information on the property. Me and the wife really want to purchase this property. We want to take advantage of USAA movers advantage but with our realator we cant. With this being said, I dont think our realator is making the effort to meet our needs, I called the existing agent to find out what we need to do to make an offer on the house. Our agent hasnt attempted to help us out, or sit down with us to get the necessary approval letters or even wanting to sit down to make an offer. I have called Bank of America, I called the realator in charge of the property and I will be negotiating the price can choose another realator by law

Depends on what your contract with the realtor says. Review it! If you can't decide whether you can terminate your real estate agent without getting hit with a lawsuit (or the agent showing up on the day of your closing demanding payment), have a Georgia real estate lawyer (like me!) review your real estate/broker agreement and advise you of your rights and obligations moving forward. You also should consider having a lawyer represent you through the closing of the property so that things proceed smoothly and you do not pay more than you should through the closing process. Best of luck.******The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.*******
