Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
Structure on Prorerty
We are building a house and suppose to close on it the last of December. There is a vacant lot next to us with a water drain in the front yard. When we signed the contract we were told the drain would be moved to the back of the vacant property, but didnt get it in writing. The builder of the empty lot and the developer of the subdivision has moved the water drain onto our property and also put 2 water returns in our front yard. Can they legally do that without asking our permission and what can we do about it. Our builder and the builder of the empty lot is not the same
