i subleased out my apartment, now the subletter is moving out and i am stuck with the rent, who is responsible. I was allowed to sublease my apartment in my contract and the subletter signed a copy of my lease. can i sue him if the leasing office sues me.

Since no one here has read the lease and sublease, there is no way to answer you. It is likely that the leasing company can sue you, and whether you can sue the sublessee depends on the contract.
