Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I would like to know if I can sue a property manager. I was given a dispossery for I month being late. I answered the summons and paid in full. Also, I received a dismissal from the court. Three weeks later I received a 2 month dispossery and the very next day I received by mail the previous month's rent. I get to court and now they tell them I

Owe 3 months rent. When they sent back one we were in the month where I was not late and then a future rent. Please advise do I have any right why was a payment plan made for two months in the future

Sue for what? What happened in court? The story is missing many details, but if you had a defense to the dispossessory it was something to raise in court.
