Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I'm being sued by a homeowners association for past dues, but the property is not mine it belongs to my son! We have the same name except he's a Jr. We currently live at the same address, but not at the property in question, which is being rented.

What are my options?

Have an attorney send them a demand letter to dismiss the lawsuit and explain the situation. If they don't, you can file a motion to dismiss based on the incorrect defendant. Of course, you could pay it and have your son reimburse you.
