We have a survivorship deed ...

In the body of the deed however it lists us as

Tenants in common...

We asked for joint tenants with right of survivorship.

Our question is does the fact that it is on a survivorship deed form make the difference?

We want to avold probate, & leave ownership to the other in case of death
