NAme Switch for Property

I am the executor of my father's estate. I need to know what I need to do to get the property name change to the 4 son's who were name as equal beneficiaries.

All you need to do is prepare and file and executor's deed. Consult with a local attorney. I doubt that there are any forms for this.
