switching names on houses

Im living in a mobile home that is in my aunts name, and shes living in the mobile home that is in my name. How can we switch the names on the moblie homes

Visit your local tag office. They can help. Basically, I think you are attempting to sell (for $1.00) the respective mobile homes to each other.
