i have a tenant who put in a alarm system and will not give me access code and will not allow me entry to do repairs the only time i can have repairs done is on Sunday or after ± when nobody is working doing those hours

Assuming you are permitted by the lease to enter to make repairs, give them a few days to remove the alarm or provide you the code oand, if they refuse, pursue an eviction.
