Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

If a tenant vacates & abandons the property without giving any notice, would the court enforce a min. 60-day notice rule if my contract states that the consequences for breaching this 60-day notice policy is that the tenant pays the current month's rent plus rent for that next 60 days?
