Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Tenant's Privacy Rights?

I rent a duplex. I recently gave the new owner/landlord my 30-day notice to move out at the end of the month.

Yesterday, I came home and found that my security alarm had been set off earlier in the day because the new landlord had come in to the unit to show my home, but failed to notify me. She says she called 24 hours in advance and left a message. I received no message.

What are the tenant's rights in regard to the landlord entering their home? Is there a specific process of notification, etc.? Do I have to allow her in to show the property? Can I make her wait until the property is vacant to show?

Additionally, she has just recently purchased the property and therefore I don't think ''officially'' that I have a lease with her, unless my lease ''rolled-over'' with the purchase.

Thanks for your advice!
