Termite contract

I bought my home in Cherokee County 1999. Ive paid $105 each year. Although All-Pro sent me a $105 bill for 2007 they told me that they could no longer warrantee their work. They said I needed to pay them 600.00 for new system. Whats going on I do not understand

We also cannot understand as we do not know the terms of the contract you mentioned. Read it. What does it say about a continued warranty?
