Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Termites in newly constructed home

I bought a newly constructed home 16 months ago. It had termite treatment at the time of purchase. I have found termites in the kitchen cabinets. The house is built on a concrete slab. Is it possible that either the contractor, the origianl company that termite treated the property, or the cabinetmaker could be held responsible? I do not have a current termite contract on the home. Thank you

Yes, it is possible, but I would not be able to tell you who would be responsible, if anyone, from your posting.
