Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Hello, my name is Tiffany(common first & last name). I have an eviction in my name from an apartment complex I lived in for a year in 2005. However the eviction is for another Tiffany that lived there in 2008. I have a letter from the property management staying its not mines. I am having a hard time tying to rent now, how do I fight this?

The first question is who is the fight against? It seems it is not with the landlord. If the other person has the same name and court records, you can't change those. Are your credit reports accurate? You did not mention that. You need to be more specific about the actual root of the problem.
