How do I petition a court to reappoint someone as the Administrator of an Estate?

I don't know where to get the proper paperwork,or what to do with it once I do get it and fill it out correctly.

I ask this question because a reappointment will put me in position to get one signature on a quitclaim, instead of having to hunt down 30 different people to get signatures. The local judge has already said she'd be more than happy to do so, once I petition the court.
