Can I get the title back on a quit claim when the recipient is deceased

This makes no sense as written. What do you mean get title back? Title for what? What re the actual facts? You don't "get title back" for real property just because someone dies. To get a meaningful response, you need to post the whole story, though just based on what you posted the answer is likely "no."

No. Once you deed property you do not own it.
