Title of mobile home !!!!

Can a person sell a mobile home if the title is not in there name and has never been signed by the person whos name is on the title.

Only if the seller was the owner of the property on which the mobile home was situated, and has properly evicted the mobile home owner, and the owner has failed to remove it for a long enough period for it to be considered abandoned.

Short of that situation, the answer is no.
