Transfer of Property

My dad owns his house free and clear. The house is currently sitting vacant. He filed ch.13 bankruptcy last year. The house is in need of quite a bit of repair. Is there a way , while still in bankruptcy, we can transfer the property to me so that I can get the repairs done and do all the leg work required to get the house rented out?
