Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Uncle purchased mobile home in a park.he passed while i was living there. i have lived there for several years without a lease.paid lot rent and taxes on mobile home.i am ready to leave and need to know do i have any obligations to these people. the trailer was willed to his x wife,and she never probated the will.
