Vacant house vandalism repair

Kids entered vacant house

thru open

window, put some holes in sheetrock.

Owner refused parents' entry x 2

weeks while she went inside many

times. Owner finally let us inside to

assess, & there was ALOT MORE

damage than our kids confessed to.

Owner wants to send us bill for all

repairs. Are we liable for ALL damage

if we suspect her tampering for more

money???

People (or parents) are liable for the damage they do to property of others. What that damage is cannot be resolved on this forum.
