Over valuing house
A friend of mine sold me a house and he must have used his friend to do the assessment, the house was valued at 150k but now its worth about half of this. I want to sue him. What can i do about this?

Sue for what? If you did not do your homework on the house (which might include getting your own appraisal) and made a bad deal because of that it is YOUR fault. The seller's job is generally to sell for as much as they can.
