Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
my washer was being stored in a friends garage. her machine broke down, so she hooked my machine up to use with out asking. she has used it for almost 3 years and now i need it back, she refuses to work with me to get it back. I sent he an email requesting it back, gave her thr option to buy it andif not then i will pick it up and gave her a date range to pick from that would work for her for me to pick the mahine up. What can i do?

Your post has nothing to do with real property (land) so most lawyers who handle this type matter never saw your question because of the topic you posted it in.
But the simple answer is you sue her in Magistrates (Small Claims) Court for the current value of the machine (which is the value of a used, not a new, washer). In most cases that will be less than $100. Bear in mind the filing fee, which you can also seek to recover, will likely be more than the amount you are suing for.
