Water Rights
I am looking for a legal document that we can have notarized allowing someone to use our well, giving them water rights because the propert y we are tr ying to seel is connected to ou well.

It is highly unlikely you will be able to get the document anywhere other than a real estate lawyer's office. You'll need the appropriate language, property descriptions, etc., to do it properly. Most definitely not a do-it-yourself job if you want to do it correctly, and you want the agreement to actually pass with the land.

This can and should be handled at the time of the closing of the sale of the property. The closing attorney will know how to word the document.
