Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My wife is refinancing her home into her name only. She has stated that my name will be added to the deed. If she were to pass would our home revert to me or her heirs since my name isn't on the mortgage.

That depends on the wording of the deed. With the wrong language, no. With the right language, yes. It is imperative that you sit down with your own lawyer before this happens!
