wood rot

I just brought my (NEW)home 9-26-03 Now I have wood rot at the bottom of the front and back door! The house is less than two years old! I have homeowners insurance and a 10 year warranty, they say I'm not covered,What can I do? is the builder responsible?

I probably need more facts to give you a complete answer, but if it is not covered by your warranty, both the builder and the seller could potentially be liable. But it depends on the facts.
