Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I worked on a chicken farm in Georgia the employers wife was the one that did payroll she was constantly shorting me and not paying me on time. My family and I live in a tentant house on the farm rent free. I got another job yesterday and informed my employer yesterday. The employers wife went to a judge in our county and got a eviction notice to have my family move within 7 days. Is this legal and can she I pay the lights and all other bills in my house hold. We have not been late.

You failed to mention the most important detail - the terms of your agreement for living in the house. What agreement entitles you to live there rent-free, even though you quit the job? The bottom line is that the Judge entered an order - the Judge determines what is "legal." An opinion here won't overturn a Judge's order.
