What can I do if I don't have it in writing?

I worked for a person for 6 years as payment for trailer home and now when I asked for tital on trailer she sent me eviction papers. Trailer has been on my property for past 6 years and is now paid for but I don't have anything in writing. I do have witnesses that know I worked for this person for the past 6 years at 100.00 a week for 20 hours a week. She never gave me one dime all my pay was to go to pay off home.
