y ex husband has left his property at my house beyond the date is specifies to have them out in the divorce papers by 4 months, when is it considered abandoned?

Unless you divorce papers say you can do something with the assets, you cannot without a court order. Since no one here has read the papers, you already have the answer and we don't. The lawyer that represented you certainly addressed that issue (that is why you get a lawyer), so ask him what you can do and not violate the papers.
