Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
Following years of heat/cooling issues, we had our house tested. Thru infrared screening, it shows that the builder did not insulate the entire home - In the walls (exterior & interior) you can see where there is one strip that has been insullated, and the rest is empty. Since we purchased the house 13 years ago, is there any recourse. My understanding is that full insulation is required.

After 13 years, I can't think of any recourse.
