Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Georgia
I was asked if I would ever get my boobs done!
I was asked by a female coworker, whose desk is directly next to mine, if I would ever get my boobs done. I am NOT a small chested woman & felt this was a direct question of ....''have I had them done?''. Should I bring this up to my HR director?

Though the question is distasteful and rude to many, if not most, people, it may be a subject that the other person is comfortable asking friends and was not meant in the way you took it. If it was an isolated comment, you may want to let it go for now but make a mental note in case it continues. You may also find that a polite "I don't like to discuss that kind of question" ends the issue without the need to make a formal complaint. The other person may realize she went a little over the line.
