Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Georgia

Business Owner Protective Rights

I realize the laws on sexual harassment are there to help the victims. Are there laws protecting employees, managers and business owners from false harassment accusations? I've recently heard of a case where a disgruntled employee who was fired with cause filing a lawsuit in retialation for their employment termination. The state labor department dismissed her claim without merit. So what can a person do to protect themselves from false accusations like this in federal court?
