Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Georgia

constant sexual harassment in family owned business
I have worked in a family owned business as an Executive Assistant for 4 1/2 years. Over the past 2 years my boss has consistently made comments like: You know what I want, I would love to have an affair with you, I would like to be your sperm donor, etc., etc. Unbelievably bold statments that I have never responded to or solicited. Yesterday he gave me a greeting card that pretty much asked me to have sex with him.
I haven't wanted to file suit against him until now out of respect for his wife and children, plus I HAVE to have a job. However, it has all become too much to handle.
There is much more to the story than I can write here, but I need advice about going forward.
