Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Georgia
Father of Child sexually harrassed Babysitter
Sir/Ma'am; I have a 29 year old, mentally challenged step-daughter that has been babysitting for a family quite a while. Earlier today, the Father took her to a bedroom and inappropriately touched her. She knew to say ''no'' and immediately leave... but the whole situation has us all very disturbed and wondering if she has any rights? Certainly, the job will be lost... but we won't allow her to return anyway. I'm doing all I can do to restrain my parental urges of absolute retaliation. Please advise.

This is an issue for the police, not a message board, and not sexual harassment civil law. Call them.
