Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Georgia

I recently changed jobs. My previous manager - would not even aknowledge me at the work place,However - this manager would send email to me that was inappropiate. Sexual jokes with pictures of naked women, animated penis's etc...

I left my employment with this company feeling I had no choice. Working there was mentally exhasting in dealing with the manager. His supervisors are in a different part of the state - we were told if we complained to any of them regarding him we would be fired.

Now that I have left what,if any,recourse do I have.

If he was to leave their employment I would someday like to restablished employment with the corporation.

What Can I do? I saved all the e-mail from him.

You have a case if you haven't waited too long.

Go to a local employment lawyer immediately, explain the

time frames, and ask!!!! Your lawyer will have the

choice of state or federal law. Do not write me and ask.
