What Recourse Do I Have ?

Today 2 girls stated that my son touched them inappropriately and made lewd remarks. As a result he was expelled from school. I was told by the principal that I could transfer him and if I didn't the sexual harrassment charge would be in his record. No formal investigation has been done, yet they believed the girls. My son had no knowledge of this until I came up to the school (yes he was still in class) and addressed the matter. Because my son can be a pest and he had a little spat with one of their friends, I believe they did this to get him kicked out of school. At this point, what should I do ?

Given that your son has been expelled, may have a very negative remark on his records, and may transfer schools, it is inappropriate to rely upon general forums such as this. You say no investigation has been done and authorities believed the other students, and we have far less information and only your side. There are lawyers who have experience, or specialize in, representing students and parents in similar matters.
